STARTED PUPS TRAINING
This program includes crate training, potty training, walking on leash, sit & other commands. Pups will also be kept current on needed vaccines while training. Cost of the program is $650/week & can be scheduled for 1-4 weeks depending on what the agreed upon goals are. Meet our trainers below.

My goal is to empower new-puppy families to set the foundations for shaping a calm, well-mannered companion, through solid leadership and structure in the early weeks. It’s my pleasure to help ease the transition! With 24/7 care in our home, our focus will be basic functional obedience (sit, down, place), house training, socialization and leash introduction, plus skills practice for crate contentment, patience and self settling. Our training also includes follow-up phone consultation, covering techniques and support for continued success once your puppy joins your family! My husband and I live outside Sacramento, have five children- toddler to adult! and enjoy homesteading, mountain adventures and life with our beloved doodle girls!”

I believe that great training starts with patience, consistency and an understanding of the whole dog, not just individual commands. Our program provides round-the-clock care in our home allowing puppies to learn real-life routines from day one. We focus on potty training, crate training, socialization, leash work and steadily building obedience skills. Training begins with core basic and progresses week by week, introducing commands such as sit, down, come, place, kennel, wait and heel, while continuing to strengthen behaviors. As a family with 3 children & a proud Girl Scouting household, we specialize in helping pups become confident, respectful companions around children of all ages. Our goal is to send each pup home as a well-rounded member of the family. We offer personalized guidance during training and after your puppy returns home. We love involving the entire family, kids included, in learning how to maintain & build on the skills their puppy has gained.”
